8th August 2013
It is nearly holiday time in the house of Molly and family. I will still be on-line and Sinful Sunday will still be running as normal but in attempt to give me a little less to do while we are away the next few weeks of round-ups will be written by the following guest presenters.
Week 122/11th August – Curious Muse
Week123/18th August – Jane from Behind The Chintz Curtain
Week124/25th August – Ruby Goodnight
So this week will be my first and last August round-up.
Yes Sinful Sunday is all about the image and this is quite some image but to really get the full impact of it you have to go and read the words posted along side it. A story of filth and slutty behaviour that had me squirming. I don’t call her my Slut Hero for nothing you know!
The colours in this shot are just beautiful, her skin looks absolutely flawless against the dark grey background and the yellow garland of flowers. She looks completely relaxed, as if she is offering herself to us but what I really like about this image, and it was spotted by another commenter on her post’ is that the garland appears to be in the shape of a question mark. I wonder what the answer is…
At first glance this seems to be all about the delicate white lace and tantalising glimmer of thigh but then there are the words. I really like that the delicate soft theme was continued with, the temptation to write the words large and graphic where avoided and I think the image is more the powerful for this. The gentle soft scroll matches the rest of image and yet the message is one of power and submission.
I know she has been featured here a lot of late but I have always tried to pick the images that really draw me in for whatever reason. Increasingly Penny’s work is falling into the inspiration category, I see her shots and I want to reach for my own camera and recreate my own version of her work. A touch of Penny by Molly if you like. This shot definitely falls into that bracket. The lighting is perfect, the open oven oddly suggestive as it the funnel in her mouth. The whole image leaves more questions than it answers but in my book that is a sign of a great shot.
It seems that Lori has hit the ground running with her photography. Last week she managed to secure one of the winning spots in the Sinful Sunday competition and this week here she is again in my top pics of the week. This image is stunning beautiful in my opinion. The dark background seems to highlight the pale tones of her skin and the hair dragging in the current makes her appear utterly broken. Just beautiful.
