Well we finally did it. We took the current record of the number of links in, that previous stood at 37, and smashed it into pieces with a massive great big 50 links. Thank you to EVERY single one of you who has, over the past 2+ years, helped to build the Sinful Sunday community into what it is today. As I have always said, it is all very well me doing the work and providing the space but without the contributors, who give the meme life, it would be pointless. I love Sinful Sunday, the community, the fun, the massive spectrum of  sexualities, ages, kinks and experiences it portrays every week and above all the huge amount of talented photographers it helps to showcase.

In other exciting news I am in the process of planning another competition! The full details will be up on the site here within the next week so keep you eyes peeled.

Now for the really tricky part, this weeks round-up. Somehow I have set myself the task of choosing just 5 posts to showcase out of the massive 50 that linked in. It is also a challenge every week to whittle it down to just 5 but this week…. *sigh. However I have finally managed to sort it out and rather excitingly for the first time ever in the history of Sinful Sunday I am rather delighted to say that the weekly round-up is a very male affair!!

Plumptious Pea’s Pod

She is the lone female representative this week, although her collage clearly has a very prominent and key male component (hope Beau does not take offence at that, he is clearly way more than just a stunt cock) There were so many possibilities on my list for the top 5 but no matter where I looked I was constantly drawn back to Pea’s post. I love the playfulness of these images, the editing of them has only served to highlight that and there is something very wicked about the top right image. She really does look like a very naughty school girl sucking on something she really shouldn’t!

Through The Lens

Some of the most powerful images are those that are all about suggestion and this is a perfect example of that. This blogger is fairly new to Sinful Sunday but he is one that in my opinion has a truly great eye for a beautifully composed shot. The lighting is exceptional, it highlights the powerful masculine contours of his body and illuminates the scene just enough to provide you with everything you need to let your imagination do the rest!

A Penny For Your Dirty Thoughts

Penny’s photography is always excellent, her compositions and lighting show her skill over and over again but a good picture needs more than just those things, it needs atmosphere. The little shaft of light across the bed seems to be the focus of Jakes gaze or is it? The image suggests that his thoughts seems to be lost elsewhere. The outline of his back draws the eye to the tattoo and the whole photograph has a interesting contrast between the masculine and the vulnerable.

Love and Lust In London

I do love it when people go above and beyond the call of duty to create an image for Sinful Sunday and this is just one of those examples in my opinion, because just when you doing some dirty sweaty hard labour the first thing that pops into your mind is taking a naughty shot for your blog! What a shot it is too, the shadow on his body, the face mask that just seems to emphasis ‘dirty’ the play on words with the ‘massive tool’ and the sheen of sweat on his chest. Suddenly DIY looks a lot more attractive!

Lilmissshalla

The words that go with my top pic this week are very powerful but even without them this image stands alone. There is something about it that makes me stare, something haunting and dramatic. What makes him gaze into the mirror like that? The look in eye is captivating and intense and the editing of the image only seems to highlight that and creates a story of two men within one body.

Dirty Little Whispers

Can you spot the deliberate mistake, or are just too distracted by DLW’s fishnet clad thighs? I love how she has combined a childhood love for board games and word puzzles with a more adult love of all things sexy and erotic. Inspired!

Dragon’s Kink

This image is, in my opinion, a story of anticipation. The bound ankles, the naked bottoms, the way they are so close together as if they are seeking comfort or protection in one another and they are most definitely waiting…. In addition there is something very beautiful about the contrasting skin tones that makes me want to reach out and caress their skin.

Rebel’s Notes

When I first clicked on Rebel’s link her two images were so small that I really didn’t appreciate just how good they were but then I clicked to enlarge suddenly the full impact of this beautiful image came to life. The macro shot of her pussy is really quite stunning. I love the perspective looking down over her mound and the glimmer of the ring in her hood with the pink of the vibe being reflected within the ball.

Sex With Rose

The lighting and perspective of this shot is quite frankly exceptional. There is something very dark and dangerous about it that makes you think of dark alley ways and ladies of the night plying their trade.

Through The Lens

My top pic of the week is a collage from a new contributor to Sinful Sunday. A bit like DLW’s image at the top of the page he has used the idea of an everyday game and turned it into something a touch more adult. The lighting of these images is excellent as it focuses the eye on the words which mean you have to linger on each one a while longer to be sure of what you are looking at. I have pondered if I have a favourite of the four and to be honest I am completely torn between the neck and lips. There is something very sensual about the lips but that exposed stretch of vulnerable neck just draws me in and I find myself wondering what he tastes and smells like.

1. Please read the rules carefully, in particular Sinful Sunday is not a place for product reviews. If you want to link to a product you are featuring in your Sinful Sunday post then that is fine but out and out sales pitches are a no.

2. When you enter your link into the linky tool please make sure it is the direct link to your post not the link to your main site.

3. COMMENT! One of the things I have been most proud about with regards to Sinful Sunday is a community that it has built and the resulting ‘conversations’ between participants. The aim of Sinful Sunday is not just to share traffic juice but to share idea’s, nurture creativity, encourage collaborations and to foster a community. How do you feel when someone takes the time to comment on your work? Please make sure you do the same for others in return. I understand as numbers increase that not everyone has the time to visit every link but please do try to make sure you visit and comment on as many as possible.

Lil Miss Shalla

The editing of this image is exceptional, it has transformed this from a photograph to a piece of art. If someone told you it was a drawing or painting then I think you would believe it. One of the aims of Sinful Sunday is to get people to have fun with their camera but also with editing their images. I would hate to see lots of heavily edited images on Sinful Sunday as unedited is nearly always better but this shots shows just how you can play around and create something a little different

Kink and Poly

There were a number of excellent St Patrick day posts this week and I really struggled to pick a favourite but in the end this one was just too good to leave out. Anyone who goes to the length of being tied up in a tree, in the freezing cold, in funky green stockings, panties and a leprechaun hat and still look like they are having the best time ever  should be applauded  for their kinky photography dedication.

Latex Stained Violets

This is quite frankly one of the most amazing images I have seen in a very long time. It is a view that we rarely see for obvious reasons but one that I think is fascinating and beautiful. I find it interesting how it clearly resembles the inside of a mouth which is not something I had ever noticed before when I had seen similar images but I wonder if that is because they nearly always involve a speculum and so the delicate walls are often not as evident as they are here.

Sometimes Sinful Sunday is all about the erotic, the sensual, the sexy and sometimes it is all about the fun. This image made me laugh out loud. It is really well thought out, with great attention to detail, it is fun, funny and creative.

Behind The Chintz Curtain

My top pic for this week is this beautifully crafted feminine shot. The lighting, the colours, the way the image is centred is fabulous and all the while it is sensual, suggestive and playful. This really is a magnificent image and I can’t wait to see lots more of this talented photographers work.
