Welcome to week 395 and it is prompt weekend sponsored by the fabulous TabuToys.com (Twitter @buytabutoys ) Please do take a few moment to check them out as they have lots of fabulous toys for sale including this flogger with glass dildo handle that I have been coveting for years! So if anyone wants to know what to buy my for Christmas…..
The prompt for 4th November 2018 is: Transmogrify
I got the idea for this prompt from one of the many photography websites that I look at which does a regular prompt challenge. At first I was skeptical that it could work here on Sinful Sunday but the more I have thought about it the more I think it is actually perfect, especially considering how creative you all are, so let me explain.
Any Calvin and Hobbs fans here? Calvin invented The Transmogrifier which was basically an upside down box that you stepped into, set the dials and it would turn you into what ever you wanted to be. Of course Bill Watterson got the idea for Calvin’s invention from the word transmogrify which means, “to change in appearance or form, especially strangely or grotesquely; transform.”
So you task this month (which I picked because it close to Halloween too) is to create a Sinful Sunday image that captures the idea of transmogrify. You might decided to do that in camera or using editing or both. All are completely acceptable!
Sinful Sunday is all about the image.
If you are here for the first time make sure you read up on the rules then grab the code from the side bar, add to your post and leave the link to your post (not the url of your main site) in the list below. If you have any problems or questions then you can always email me at [email protected]
If you are on Twitter please do spread the word about #sinfulsunday by including the hashtag in your tweets and don’t forget to tell your blogging friends about it as well. The more people who join in, the more successful the meme becomes for all who take part.
Each week there is a Sinful Sunday weekly round-up highlighting my (or one of the guest writers) top 5 images from the previous Sunday. All images used are fully credited and linked back to the original post. If anyone objects to having their image used in the round-up then you need to let me know, otherwise I will assume that by taking part you are happy to be featured on the Sinful Sunday site.
One last thing before you go I can’t urge you enough to please comment on people’s work, no matter whether you are a fellow blogger or a consumer of their work I can assure you that all the people who leave their links on this page want to hear what you have to say.
