I’m delighted and honoured to have been asked to write a Sinful Sunday Weekly Round-Up! I’m terrible at forgetting to contribute to memes, but Sinful Sunday was one of the first ones I got involved with and although I don’t always take part, I often scroll through the images. I enjoy how they are all so unique, some are simple yet effective, some are very daring (nudity in public! So bold!) and some are technically impressive. I especially enjoy the prompt weekends, seeing how creative everyone gets when given just a word. I know everyone says this, but it was genuinely difficult to pick just 5 for my round-up, I got it down to 8 and was really struggling! But I’ve decided to go for the following. There are one or two bloggers here who I haven’t heard about before, so I’ll be on the lookout now for more of their work. Enjoy!
I really enjoy photos that show more than just the body, but ones that show the living space whether that’s the bedroom or a plush hotel room. I like the voyeuristic feel. This photo makes me feel like I’m watching from behind a two-way mirror.
Wow! What an image. She looks absolutely hot in this bright red moulin-rouge inspired corset, and the droplets of wax on her breasts suggests she’s already been playing. I feel like I’m in a strip club with someone gorgeous giving me a private dance. The way her hand is cupping her genitals is very suggestive and I like the diagonal angle of the photo; looks very edgy!
She looks stunning in the shadows. The dark and the light makes her look vulnerable and the facial expression make me wonder what she’s thinking about. The shadows make her skin look really soft and her nipples are intriguing – are they stiff due to the cold, or arousal?
This reminds me of a movie I’ve recently watched where the female lead character had instructions to go to a hotel room, wear some sexy lingerie and don a blindfold before handcuffing herself to the bed and wait for her lover to appear. I felt her fear as she lay there in her vulnerability, but also her excited anticipation of what was to come. This image reminds me of that movie; and got me thinking, is he nervous? Apprehensive? Excited? Relaxed? His body suggests he’s relaxed, but I’m not sure he would be!
Very clever image! At first I thought, who is that outside? Before realising it was her (hence the image title!) I like the way the sun reflects off her body when she is outside. And I’m always impressed with clever photography.
