Mrs S Top 5 Pics of the Week
I was honored when Molly asked me to write this week’s Sinful Sunday roundup; photography has been a lifelong passion for me and I love seeing the role it has played in the kink, body, and sex positive community she has built. The lovely diversity displayed each week is an exhibit in various photographic eyes and styles. However, I am tasked with picking only 5, so here are the glorious images that caught my photographic eye this week.
Maria Opens Up
Sadly at the moment I can’t post Maria’s image here as her blog is down. When that is fixed I will add it in.
Maria always uses light well and this photo is no exception. I like the softness of the light and the sensual positioning of her body as a leading line drawing viewers’ eyes into her bath. Her use of the leaf as a face mask is also clever.
The Other Livvy
This photo is just pure cheeky, summer fun. I like the rich, deep colors and the framing of the two bottoms in opposing corners as if they are going to square off in a bottom competition.
Exposing 40
Exposing40 is a master at finding wonderful outdoor locations for her nude photos. The unique tree in this photo illustrates her story so well, and I like how the photo is angled in opposition to the model’s body, which makes it look as if he is trying to tilt everything back to straight.
Adult Exploration
When I first saw this photo, it immediately reminded me of Lucien Clergue’s Nude No. 8. The use of color makes it different, but it has the same low perspective and use of the body as a tree metaphor. I like the rich green tree canopy and how his body looks like it is immersing into it.
Molly’s Daily Kiss
Molly’s beautiful bottom blossoming among the colorful summer flowers was an instant pick before I even realized it was her photo. Bokeh is used well in this photo, particularly where it gives viewers a teasing glimpse while also preserving a hint of modesty, and I’m a sucker for a playful erotic tease.
