Sinful Sunday Monthly Prompt August 2023

The prompt for 6th August 2023 is: Room

This is as much about photographing the room, or the space as it is about your subject in it. So think about the shapes, the light, the purpose of the room and how your subject fits into the space and or interacts with it. It could be a room in your house but it could also be a hotel room or maybe an empty office or changing rooms etc.

If that doesn’t work for you feel free to interrupt the prompt in any way that works for you. You could, for example, also take this challenge in a more abstract direction, and show us where or how you feel like you have room or lack it.

As usual here are some example of images that fit the idea in the first paragraph. However I realise that these feature rooms/spaces where people have been lucky enough to stay in interesting environments. You don’t have to do that to achieve this. A room or space in your house has everything you need just think about shapes or lighting. Shooting down a corridor or through a doorway etc.
