Let me start by saying that picking my 5 favourites was a very hard task, but also a very enjoyable one. I have massive respect for each and every one of you for having the confidence, imagination and skill to create these images. In these troubled times it is uplifting to see you spread joy every week and who knows, one day I may have the confidence to put my name to an entry too. My favourites are exactly that, mine. Yours will be different and that is the beauty of Sinful Sunday, it has something for all of us, every single week. Thank you Molly for making it what it is. In no particular order, these are my top picks:

Francesca Demont
Public nudity is always a huge draw for me and this ticks all my boxes. It makes me long for summer nights and daring company. Definitely something to look forward to, the light at the end of our isolation maybe. Thank you for the reminder of better times to come.

Oh yes they should. Sticking with the outdoors theme, this is a tease, a promise that I hope we will see fulfilled in future. I will wait patiently for our lock down to pass and the warm weather to arrive and usher in a wave of tree climbing girls.

I love this image. It’s so well executed and the words that accompany it need to be read. If you haven’t already, take a moment to do so.

The Artful Muse

I had to include one of the daffodil images. Both were superb and full of spring beauty but this one edges it by showing everything and nothing behind the vibrant flowers. This wouldn’t look out of place on any wall, it makes you smile and think of warm spring sunlight.

Absolutely perfect and oh so timely. What could possibly be more representative of “now” than this? So many of us are facing an indeterminate amount of time working alone at home that I wonder just how many of us are attending conference calls in exactly this manner. Maybe we should all attend calls this way. Don’t tell anyone but it certainly wouldn’t be the first time for me.
