Sinful Sunday Weekly Round-up 557

Welcome to the weekly round-up 557. So we are all done with prompts in 2021 but in a few short weeks it will be 2022 and the prompt for January is now out for you to get started work on.
This week I am delighted to welcome back the lovely Silver Dom to the round-up. You can find him being very serious (and other things) on Twitter @SilverDomUK
Silver Dom’s Top 5 Pics of the Week
I never find it easy to judge Sinful Sunday, and this time was no exception. There were no images that I disliked, just five that I liked more.
My Wild Lens
I loved both the image and the words. The words because, as a disabled person, I found they resonated with me. The image is also several different kinds of wonderful. Composition, lighting, focus, mixture of light and dark etc.
Exposing 40
I adore this image! The overall slightly washed-out feel of it only serves to somehow highlight the tree, without taking away from the two gorgeous humans in the foreground. Also, that is one of my favourite Christmas quotes.
Molly Daily Kiss
There is a reason that Molly’s images are so often picked, and that is because she is an excellent photographer and I greatly admire her style. This image – entirely unsurprisingly, is no exception. The composition is excellent, while the balance of darkness and light is perfect.
Focused and Filthy
Another photographer that I admire greatly, although it is possible that this particular image was taken by her husband. No matter, it perfectly captures the snatched couple of hours of kids-free fun they managed and I love it.
Adult Exploration
There is something sad yet hopeful about this image. Sad because the cuffs have apparently been abandoned in the woods. Yet it also hints at a promise of future fun. I particularly like the colour contrast between the cuffs and the greenery.
