Sinful Sunday Weekly Round-up 384
One week to go until prompt weekend! September Monthly Prompt gives you all the details
This week I am delighted to welcome back the Steels, as in Steeled Snake and Steeled Charmer to the round-up. You can find them on their own blog Steeled Snake and on Twitter @Steeledsnake and @steeledchrmr.
They were a naughty pair though and tried to sneak in an honourable mention but I am super strict about the 5 limit so a certain gentleman in Scotland missed out because I am a meany.
The Steels Top 5 Pics of the Week
We were really excited to be asked to write up the picks for this week’s Sinful Sunday! It’s always a challenge between the two of us (@SteelChrmr and @SteeledSnake) to both make selections and then come up with some sort of meeting of the minds on the pictures. The simple fact that we only occasionally pick the same pictures shows just how diverse and amazing the pictures and this community of Sinful Sunday producers is. Thanks to Molly for a great meme and from us to letting us present our picks! Without further delay:
Such great creativity on this picture – from the picture itself to the picture in picture. We liked too the subtle bits – that the picture in the camera wasn’t actually the same picture… Very cool. So much to discover and zoom in on. 🙂
Girl Paddle Swoosh
The lines and contrasts on this caught our collective eye – the way the strap nearly mimics her curves and the softness of the skin and textures of the sheets, the strap. It all comes together in a great shot that makes want to fast forward to what’s next.
This shot reminds us of a local mountain spot overlooking the city. It’s so easy to get caught up in thoughts and just taking it all in. This image speaks to that, and, at least in our case, this would be a daring shot because your chances of being found out would be significant. Lots of fun!
The Paracord Trick
It’s no secret we both love marks (though one giving, one receiving) and this is such a wonderful sampling of them from what was clearly a lot of fun. It’s cool that you can see the rope braiding on some of it and amazing marks and bruises/bruises to be throughout. Just a great scrapbook of the festivities.
