When I accepted Molly’s invitation to do this week’s round-up I didn’t realise it was going to be the Halloween edition but I am so glad it is because there are some spookily good images this week. I have chosen a Top 5 but in no particular order because ranking is sometimes both difficult to do, and unfair. In fact, I wouldn’t have had a ghost of a chance of separating them. OK, I’ll get my cloak, sorry coat.

Molly’s Daily Kiss

I loved Molly’s image. Looking at the thumbnails on the page before clicking the links, this was the one that stood out, a beautifully and wittily composed image that, like the best images, hints at so much more than it shows.

Happy Come Lucky

Happy Come Lucky’s bat cave was both creepy and intriguing. Some caves just invite exploration.

A Leap of Faith

The Barefoot Sub’s pumpkin rising was both topical and witty. And rope….I am rubbish at rope play but love seeing it done by people who are not.

My Wild Lens

Stillness by My Wild Lens is not directly Halloween related but I loved the textures in this image. Am I alone in seeing her right knee slightly protruding from the water as a nipple? This picture gives you more on second and subsequent viewings.

Krystal Minx

And, finally, Boo! By Krystal Minx, a Halloween themed picture that doesn’t give up all its secrets on a first view. But, actually, I loved all these images.
